Parmesan Crisps

Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add shredded Parmesan by the Tablespoon.  I didn’t even grate my own, I just used the shredded Parmesan in the Kraft bag.  Pat out the parm into even rounds.

Bake for 7 1/2 minutes.

After cooling on the sheet slightly, remove to a baking rack to cool completely.

These are salty and crunchy, and just right.  When Steve came and asked me if I was saving them for anything special or could he eat some, I knew I had a winner.
